Veselības stundas turpinās arī jaunajā gadā
06.02.2026 Katru trešdienu plkst. 11:00 – 12:00 norisinās veselības stunda “Olimpiskais centrs Rēzekne” multifunkcionālajā zālē.Šajās nodarbībās ir iespēja:
- izkustēties un stiprināt veselību;
- atcerēties un uzspēlēt sen aizmirstas sporta spēles – kā badmintonu;
- veikt dažādus vingrinājumus ar sporta inventāru;
- vienkārši pavadīt laiku jautrā un pozitīvā gaisotnē!
Nodarbības ir īpaši piemērotas pensionāriem un senioriem, taču laipni aicināts ikviens, kurš vēlas kustēties un uzturēt labu garastāvokli!
Dalības maksa – 2 EUR par vienu nodarbību (1 stunda).
Šīs veselības stundas mērķis – veicināt aktīvu dzīvesveidu, sportisku garu un dzīvesprieku.
