RS aicina uz bezmaksas lekciju par sirds un asinsvadu veselību
16.12.2025 Sirds un asinsvadu slimības joprojām ir viens no galvenajiem saslimstības un mirstības iemesliem Latvijā un pasaulē. Sirds un asinsvadu slimībām var būt dažādi cēloņi, taču visbiežākie iemesli ir ateroskleroze un/vai augsts asinsspiediens. Ja netiek ārstēts augsts asinsspiediens, palielinās iespēja saslimt ar insultu.Šīs slimības parasti skar gados vecākus cilvēkus, taču, pirmās izmaiņas sirds un asinsvadu sistēmā sākas ievērojami agrāk. Tāpēc, lai mazinātu risku piedzīvot insultu, ir jārūpējas par savu veselību gudri un atbildīgi. Ir nepieciešams kontrolēt savu asinsspiedienu un holesterīna līmeni, noskaidrot, vai nav sirds ritma traucējumu un vismaz reizi gadā apmeklēt ģimenes ārstu, lai nodotu analīzes – noteiktu cukura līmeni asinīs, iekaisuma radītājus, kā arī veiktu kardiogrammu.
Rēzeknes slimnīca (RS) ikdienā nodrošina ārstēšanas funkcijas, taču, lai uzsvērtu slimību profilakses nozīmi, slimnīca sadarbībā ar Rēzeknes valstspilsētas pašvaldību organizē bezmaksas lekcijas par sirds veselību. Rūpējoties par iedzīvotāju ērtību, ir rasta iespēja speciālistiem – ārstiem, doties uz sociālo pakalpojumu centriem, lai izglītotu to iemītniekus, darbiniekus un citus Rēzeknes valstspilsētas iedzīvotājus. Slimnīcas organizētajās lekcijās tiek sniegtas zināšanas par profilaktiskām aktivitātēm sirds un asinsvadu saslimstības riska mazināšanai, uztura un fizisko aktivitāšu lomu, slimību pazīmēm, t.sk. insulta galvenajiem cēloņiem, insulta atpazīšanu un rīcību šādās situācijās.
Lekcija norisināsies šī gada 17. decembrī plkst. 9.30 Rēzeknes pensionāru sociālo pakalpojumu centrā, Rēznas ielā 41, Rēzeknē. Ikviens interesents aicināts pieteikties lekcijai, zvanot uz tālruni 28334461 vai rakstot uz e-pastu [email protected].
