РА gaida priekšlikumus par slimnīcu pārvaldības reformu
10.03.2025 Pagājušajā nedēļā pašvaldības oficiālajā mājaslapā rezekne.lv sadaļā “Notikumu kalendārs/Vadība” tika publicēta informācija par pagaidu administrācijas vadītājas Gunas Puces tikšanos ar Veselības ministrijas vadību, lai pārrunātu iespējamo reģionālo slimnīcu pārvaldības reformu. Šī ziņa izraisīja sabiedrības interesi un spekulācijas par Rēzeknes slimnīcas nākotni.Guna Puce uzsver, ka šī nebija pirmā saruna par slimnīcu pārvaldības reformu. Jau 17. janvārī šis jautājums tika apspriests Veselības ministra Hosama Abu Meri vizītes laikā Rēzeknē, kur piedalījās arī slimnīcas vadība un pašvaldības pagaidu administrācija.
Veselības ministrija strādā pie reģionālo slimnīcu pārvaldības modeļa pārmaiņām, kas paredz veidot lielāku valsts iesaisti reģionālo slimnīcu pārvaldībā. Ministrijas ieskatā šāds modelis uzlabotu slimnīcu sadarbību gan valsts, gan reģionālajā līmenī, ļautu veidot specializāciju un uzlabotu pakalpojumu kvalitāti un pieejamību iedzīvotājiem, kā arī veicinātu sistēmas efektivitāti.
“Veselības ministrija strādā pie izmaiņām un meklē labāko risinājumu reģionālo slimnīcu pārvaldības reformai. Latgalē valstij jau ir pieredze ar Daugavpils slimnīcu daļēju pārņemšanu, un ir vēlme pārmaiņas Latgales reģionā turpināt. Tomēr gribu uzsvērt, ka šis ir ļoti atbildīgs un sarežģīts lēmums, ar savām niansēm un, zināmā mērā, arī slazdiem. Šobrīd pagaidu administrācija sagaida Veselības ministrijas pamatotu un argumentētu priekšlikumu ar ekonomiskiem aprēķiniem un turpmāko Rēzeknes slimnīcas attīstības plānu, un tikai pēc tā saņemšanas un analīzes reformas tēma var tikt apspriesta tālāk, ja tā dod skaidrus ieguvumus Rēzeknes pilsētai un reģionam kopumā,” sacīja Guna Puce.
