Modi aicina Putinu izbeigt karu Ukrainā
02.09.2026 Indijas premjerministrs Narendra Modi, tiekoties ar Krievijas diktatoru Vladimiru Putinu, aicinājis izbeigt karu Ukrainā, uzsverot, ka tā turpināšana nodara kaitējumu visai cilvēcei.Abu valstu līderi tikās Šanhajas sadarbības organizācijas samita laikā Kirgizstānas galvaspilsētā Biškekā. Sarunas publiskajā daļā Modi vērsās pie Putina ar tiešu aicinājumu panākt kara beigas. “Mums jāpāriet no bezgalīga kara pie kara beigām,” sacīja Indijas premjerministrs.
Tikšanās videomateriālā redzams, ka Modi runas laikā Putins vairākkārt novērš skatienu un raugās lejup. Pēc tulkojuma noklausīšanās Krievijas diktators strauji nolika austiņu un atbildēja: “Liels paldies, premjerministra kungs. Mēs virzāmies šajā virzienā.”
Modi uzsvēra, ka katra karadarbības diena atsviež cilvēci atpakaļ, savukārt ikviens solis pretī mieram sniedz jaunu cerību. Viņš mieru raksturoja kā cilvēces labklājībai izšķiroši svarīgu un uzsvēra, ka visas domstarpības nepieciešams pēc iespējas ātrāk atrisināt mierīgā ceļā.
“Visu jautājumu miermīlīga atrisināšana pēc iespējas drīzāk ir cilvēces prasība, un tāds ir arī Indijas vēstījums. Gandija un Budas zeme nes vienu vēstījumu – miera ceļu,” paziņoja Modi.
Tomēr situācija Ukrainā pagaidām neliecina, ka Krievija patiešām gatavotos pārtraukt karadarbību. Maskava turpina uzbrukumus Ukrainas pilsētām un infrastruktūrai, bet Krievijas Aizsardzības ministrija paziņojusi par gatavošanos jauniem triecieniem Ukrainas enerģētikas objektiem.
Arī pats Putins vēl augustā noraidīja pieņēmumus, ka karš varētu tuvoties noslēgumam. Uzrunājot valdošās partijas “Vienotā Krievija” pārstāvjus, viņš paziņoja, ka tā dēvētā “speciālā militārā operācija turpinās” un Krievija “virzīsies tikai uz priekšu”.
Tikmēr ieilgušā kara sekas arvien vairāk izjūt arī Krievijas iedzīvotāji, kuri saskaras ar Ukrainas dronu uzbrukumiem, interneta ierobežojumiem un ekonomiskām grūtībām. Izdevums “The Economist”, atsaucoties uz avotiem, iepriekš vēstīja, ka neapmierinātība ar kara ilgumu pieaugot arī Krievijas politiskās un ekonomiskās elites aprindās.
Putina un Modi tikšanās notika Šanhajas sadarbības organizācijas 25. gadadienai veltītajā samitā. Organizācijā ietilpst Krievija, Ķīna, Indija, Irāna, Pakistāna, Baltkrievija un vairākas Centrālāzijas valstis. Krievija un Ķīna šo organizāciju cenšas pozicionēt kā Rietumu vadītajām starptautiskajām institūcijām alternatīvu spēku.
