EK piemēro "AliExpress" 550 miljonu eiro naudassodu
21.07.2026 Eiropas Komisija (EK) pirmdien piemērojusi 550 miljonu eiro naudassodu Ķīnas e-komercijas platformai "AliExpress" par pretlikumīgu produktu, tostarp nedrošu rotaļlietu un kosmētikas, tirdzniecību.EK arī norāda, ka "AliExpress" nav darījusi pietiekami, lai apturētu viltotu preču pārdošanu, un gadījumos, kad platforma atklājusi pretlikmīgu preču tirdzniecību, daudzas no tām joprojām bija pieejamas tajā vairākas nedēļas.
2024. gada martā sāktajā izmeklēšanā pret "AliExpress" komisija konstatējusi, ka daži no platformā pārdotajiem produktiem neatbilst Eiropas Savienības (ES) stingrajiem vides un drošības standartiem.
Šis ir līdz šim lielākais naudassods, kas piemērots ES Digitālo pakalpojumu akta ietvaros.
EK skaidro, ka, nosakot šo soda apmēru, tika ņemts vērā pārkāpumu raksturs, to ietekme uz eiropiešiem un pārkāpumu ilgums.
"AliExpress" ir lielākā Ķīnas e-komercijas platforma ES ar 193 miljoniem lietotāju.
