Latvija Krievijai vairs nebūs vajadzīga naftas produktu eksportam
13.09.2016Krievija līdz 2018.gadam pārtrauks naftas produktu eksportu caur Baltijas valstu ostām, pirmdien, tiekoties ar Krievijas prezidentu Vladimiru Putinu, sacīja Krievijas maģistrālo naftas vadu uzņēmuma «Transneft» vadītājs Nikolajs Tokarevs.
«Ja pērn tur [Baltijas valstīs] tika pārkrauti aptuveni deviņi miljoni tonnu naftas produktu, tad šajā gadā - pieci miljoni tonnu. Līdz 2018.gadam, tuvāko gadu laikā, mēs kravu plūsmu uz Baltijas valstu rajonu samazināsim līdz nullei. Krausim savās ostās, jo ir jaudu pārpalikums,» sacīja Tokarevs.

«Atbilstoši no valdības saņemtajiem norādījumiem mēs pārorientējam kravu plūsmu no Baltijas valstu ostām -Ventspils un Rīgas - uz mūsu Baltijas jūras ostām - tās ir Ustjluga un Primorska, kā arī uz Novorosijsku,» viņš paskaidroja.
Šobrīd ir iespējama naftas produktu maģistrāles noslodze 32 miljonu tonnu līmenī, sacīja «Transneft» vadītājs.
Daļa jaudu, kas nav pieprasītas naftas transportēšanai, tiks izmantotas naftas produktu transportēšanai.
«Tas notiks Primorskas virzienā - piegādāsim līdz 25 miljoniem tonnu dīzeļdegvielas - un Novorosijskas virzienā no Volgogradas rūpnīcas un Krasnodaras novada NPZ grupas,» piebilda Tokarevs.
«Transneft» vadītājs sacīja, ka 2016.gadā uzņēmums plāno palielināt naftas transportēšanu pa maģistrālajiem naftas vadiem.
«Šogad mēs plānojam nodrošināt 483 miljonu tonnu naftas transportēšanu. Tas ir par 1,5 miljoniem tonnu vairāk nekā pērn. No tā eksportam - 238 miljoni tonnu, iekšējam patēriņam - 244 miljoni tonnu,» sacīja Tokarevs.
