Vairākas personas tur aizdomās par slepkavību Rēzeknē
31.08.2026 Policija lūdz prokuratūru saukt pie atbildības divus cilvēkus par Rēzeknē pastrādātu slepkavību, bet nozieguma aculieciniekus - par neziņošanu policijai -, informēja Valsts policijā (VP).Gada sākumā, 23. janvārī, VP amatpersonas saņēma informāciju, ka Rēzeknē kādā dzīvoklī ir konstatēts 1987. gadā dzimuša vīrieša līķis ar vardarbīgas nāves pazīmēm - sistām brūcēm. Par notikušo nekavējoties sākts kriminālprocess.
Veicot operatīvos pasākumus un pārbaudot iegūto informāciju par slepkavības izdarīšanu, aizturēta 1991. gadā dzimusi sieviete un 1995. gadā dzimis vīrietis. Ziemeļlatgales iecirkņa Izmeklēšanas nodaļas amatpersonas lūdza tiesu vīrietim piemērot ar brīvības atņemšanu saistītu drošības līdzekli un tiesa lēma par apcietinājumu.
VP uzsver, ka noziedzīgā nodarījuma izdarīšanas brīdī personas atradās alkohola reibumā.
Tāpat izmeklēšanas laikā amatpersonas guva pierādījumus, ka divi vīrieši - dzimuši 1972. un 1988. gadā - bija slepkavības aculiecinieki un neziņoja par sevišķi smaga noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanu, līdz ar to abi vīrieši iepriekš minētajā kriminālprocesā atzīti par aizdomās turētajiem saskaņā ar Krimināllikuma 315. pantu. Par šādu noziedzīgu nodarījumu paredzēts sods ar brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku līdz diviem gadiem, īslaicīgu brīvības atņemšanu, probācijas uzraudzību, sabiedrisko darbu vai ar naudas sodu.
Pret 1991. gadā dzimušo sievieti un 1995. gadā dzimušo vīrieti sākts kriminālprocess pēc Krimināllikuma 117. panta 10. punkta, proti, slepkavība pastiprinošos apstākļos, ko izdarījusi personu grupa. Par to paredzēts sods ar mūža ieslodzījumu vai brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku no desmit līdz 20 gadiem un ar probācijas uzraudzību uz laiku līdz trim gadiem, konfiscējot mantu vai bez mantas konfiskācijas.
Izmeklēšana kriminālprocesā ir pabeigta un VP amatpersonas krimināllietas materiālus pret četrām personām nodeva prokuratūrai kriminālvajāšanas sākšanai.
