Polina Kamļova pēdējo vārdu tiesai teiks oktobrī
31.08.2026 Rīgas pilsētas tiesā 7. oktobrī plkst. 10 savu pēdējo vārdu teiks prokremliskā aktīviste Polina Kamļova no Rēzeknes, kura apsūdzēta par apmēram 43 eiro nodošanu dronu slāpēšanas iekārtas iegādei, lai to nodotu Krievijas militāristiem.Neminot personas vārdu, prokuratūrā aģentūrai LETA pastāstīja, ka 28. janvārī pieņemts lēmums par kādas personas saukšanu pie kriminālatbildības par noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanu saskaņā ar Krimināllikuma pantu par bruņota konflikta finansēšanu.
Ņemot vērā, ka no Latvijas kredītiestādes nav iespējams veikt pārskaitījumu Krievijas kredītiestādei, apsūdzētā vērsās pie savas paziņas Baltkrievijā. Apsūdzētās paziņa Baltkrievijā, izpildot apsūdzētās lūgumu un nebūdama informēta par maksājuma patieso mērķi, no sava privātā bankas konta Baltkrievijas kredītiestādē veica maksājumu 157 Baltkrievijas rubļu (apmēram 42,86 eiro) apmērā uz apsūdzētās paziņas bankas kontu Krievijas kredītiestādē.
Krimināllikums par bruņota konflikta finansēšanu paredz sodīt ar brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku līdz desmit gadiem un probācijas uzraudzību līdz trim gadiem. Apsūdzētā atrodas apcietinājumā.
Lietu pirms nodošanas prokuratūrā izmeklēja Valsts drošības dienests (VDD). VDD izmeklēšanā noskaidroja, ka persona 2024. gada decembrī atsaukusies kontaktpersonas Krievijā aicinājumam nodrošināt finansiālus līdzekļus dronu slāpēšanas iekārtu iegādei frontē Ukrainā esošajiem Krievijas karavīriem.
Dienests kriminālprocesu pret šo personu sāka 2025. gada 25. novembrī.
VDD personu aizturēja 2025. gada 2. decembrī, kā arī divos ar personu saistītos objektos Rēzeknē un Preiļu novadā veica kriminālprocesuālas darbības.
Prokuratūra norāda, ka neviena persona netiek uzskatīta par vainīgu, kamēr viņas vaina noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanā netiek konstatēta Kriminālprocesa likumā noteiktajā kārtībā.
