Bartaševiča krimināllietā tiesa uzklausīs Bulgārijas pilsoni
31.08.2026 Vidzemes rajona tiesa Gulbenē 6. novembrī plkst. 10 nopratinās Bulgārijas pilsoni, kurš nebija ieradies uz iepriekšējo tiesas sēdi bijušā Rēzeknes mēra Aleksandra Bartaševiča krimināllietā.Bartaševičs apsūdzēts par ierobežotas pieejamības informācijas izpaušanu, kā arī par to, ka viņš 16 gadus valsts amatpersonas deklarācijās apzināti nenorādīja ziņas par ārzemēs iegādātu īpašumu un citiem ienākumiem lielā apmērā.
Uz iepriekšējo tiesas sēdi Sofijas pilsētas tiesā Bulgārijā aicinātais Bulgārijas pilsonis kā liecinieks neieradās, un tiesa lēma viņu nogādāt uz nākamo tiesas sēdi piespiedu kārtā liecību sniegšanai videokonferences režīmā.
Kā vēstīts, iepriekš lietā organizēta starptautiskā tiesiskā sadarbība ar Bulgāriju saistībā ar liecinieku nopratināšanu. Iepriekš tiesas sēdē videokonferences režīmā ar divām tiesām Bulgārijā liecības sniedza divi Bulgārijas pilsoņi.
Tāpat aizstāvība pieteica lūgumu par trīs jaunu liecinieku nopratināšanu Bulgārijā, informēja tiesā.
Šajā lietā Bartaševičs apsūdzēts par ierobežotas pieejamības informācijas izpaušanu, kā arī par to, ka 16 gadus valsts amatpersonas deklarācijās apzināti nenorādīja ziņas par ārzemēs iegādātu īpašumu un citiem ienākumiem lielā apmērā.
Lietā apsūdzēta arī Bartaševiča sieva Olga Bartaševiča par uzkūdīšanu izpaust neizpaužamas ziņas.
Saskaņā ar apsūdzību Bartaševičs, sievas pamudināts, uzdeva pašvaldības darbiniecei iegūt ierobežotas pieejamības informāciju no divām amata pienākumu pildīšanai nepieciešamajām datubāzēm. Darbiniece, būdama maldināta par pieprasītās informācijas izmantošanas patiesajiem nodomiem, izpildīja rīkojumu un ieguva prasīto informāciju, ko nodeva mēram, kurš šīs ziņas bez tiesiska pamata izpauda tālāk.
Izmeklēšanā sadarbībā ar "Eirojust" un attiecīgās ārvalsts izmeklēšanas iestādēm arī noskaidrots, ka bijušais Rēzeknes mērs no 2008. līdz 2024. gadam kārtējās valsts amatpersonas deklarācijās apzināti neesot norādījis ziņas par mantu un citiem ienākumiem lielā apmērā.
Iesniedzot valsts amatpersonu deklarācijas, viņš nenorādīja tajās kopīpašumā ar ģimenes locekli ārvalstī piederošus nekustamos īpašumus, saistībā ar šiem nekustamajiem īpašumiem veiktos darījumus, kā arī nenorādīja ģimenes loceklei izsniegtā aizdevuma daļu un citus darījumus ar fiziskajām personām.
Bartaševičam un viņa sievai kā drošības līdzeklis piemērots aizliegums izbraukt no valsts un aizliegums tikties ar noteiktām personām.
Korupcijas novēršanas un apkarošanas birojs kriminālprocesu sāka 2023. gada 20. decembrī.
Krimināllikums par tādu neizpaužamu ziņu, kas nav konfidenciāla, slepena vai sevišķi slepena informācija, izpaušanu, ja to izdarījusi valsts amatpersona, paredz brīvības atņemšanu līdz vienam gadam, probācijas uzraudzību, sabiedrisko darbu vai naudas sodu.
