Rēzeknē iereibis nepilngadīgais ar nazi bēg no policijas
26.08.2026 Aizvadītās nedēļas svētdienā Rēzeknē aizturēts kāds iereibis nepilngadīgais, kuram rokās ir bijis nazis, turklāt viņš ir bēdzis no policijas, informēja Valsts policijā (VP).Svētdien ap plkst. 20.20 VP amatpersonas, patrulējot Rēzeknē, pamanīja, ka pie kādas ātrās ēdināšanas iestādes atrodas vairākas personas, kuras centās pievērst likumsargu uzmanību. Amatpersonas uz to nekavējoties reaģēja un devās pie personām.
Notikuma vietā likumsargi noskaidroja, ka ēdināšanas iestādē atrodas jaunietis, kurš uzvedas agresīvi un, iespējams, ir alkohola reibumā, kā arī viņam rokās ir nazis. Amatpersonas nekavējoties devās pie jaunieša, bet viņš, ieraugot likumsargus, sāka bēgt un nepildīja likumsargu likumīgo prasību apstāties.
Jaunietis aizturēts un ievietots dienesta transportlīdzeklī identitātes noskaidrošanai. Papildus tam nepilngadīgajai personai veikts alkohola koncentrācijas mērījums izelpā, kas uzrādīja, ka viņš atrodas alkohola reibumā.
VP saistībā ar notikušo ir sākti divi administratīvā pārkāpuma procesi. Viens process ir par nepakļaušanos policijas darbinieku likumīgajām prasībām un otrs par atrašanos alkohola reibumā publiskā vietā.
