Rēzekne neturpinās dalību programmā "Īres mājokļi speciālistiem"
01.09.2026 Līdzīgi kā vairākas citas pašvaldības, arī Jelgava, Rēzekne, Liepāja, Olaines, Kuldīgas un Smiltenes novads nolēmis neturpināt dalību publiskās un privātās partnerības (PPP) programmas "Īres mājokļi Latvijas speciālistiem" otrās lotes projektā, liecina domju sēžu lēmumi.Iepriekš Ventspils, Siguldas un Alūksnes novada pašvaldības nolēmušas neturpināt dalību PPP programmas "Īres mājokļi Latvijas speciālistiem" otrās lotes projektā.
Līdzīgu lēmumu pēc plašākām diskusijām pirmdien pieņēma arī Rēzeknes deputāti. Deputātiem norādīts, ka dalība PPP programmā radīs pašvaldībai papildu finansiālo slogu. Vairāki domnieki gan uzsvēra, ka pilsētā pieejamais dzīvojamais fonds ir novecojis, tāpēc būtu jādomā par mājokļiem jaunajām ģimenēm.
PPP programma izstrādāta, reaģējot uz vienu no aktuālākajiem reģionālās attīstības izaicinājumiem - kvalitatīvu un pieejamu īres mājokļu trūkumu. Daudzviet Latvijā mājokļu pieejamība kļuvusi par būtisku šķērsli speciālistu piesaistei veselības aprūpes, izglītības, drošības un citās nozarēs.
Privātajam partnerim būs jānodrošina mājokļu pieejamība atbilstoši DBFMO ("Design, Build, Finance, Maintain, Operate") pieejai, bet valsts sniegtais atbalsts nodrošinās to, ka īres maksa speciālistiem būs pieejama un atbilstoša pieejamības rādītājam vidējam ienākumu līmenim novadā vai valstspilsētā. Projekta īstenošanas laikā un pēc tā pabeigšanas mājas un zeme paliek pašvaldību īpašumā.
